In addition to our general services, LEADCARE, Inc. is pleased to offer these additional services to our clients.
Project Management
LEADCARE personnel are trained to monitor remediation projects from mobilization through area clearance testing. Daily logs record contractor progress as well as environmental monitoring. At the conclusion of project management, a full report including pictorials, is presented to the client. This report documents pre-existing conditions and demonstrates hazard reduction, proper waste handling and disposal.
LEADCARE is able to write, on the client's behalf, full bid packages incorporating federal, state and local restrictions on the handling of hazardous materials. The client's general conditions and scope of work requirements are carefully incorporated into these packages.

LEADCARE
representatives are available to conduct the on-site "walk through"
to make sure each bidder's questions are answered. CADD drawings
of the work site are included with specifications.
